- Warren negotiated a Rotary Day with the Sherwood Park Crusaders on Saturday February 8. They gave us permission to use it as a fund raiser. Looking for help to man a Rotary table to take donations and raise awareness for Rotary.
- February 22 will be a BIG meal packaging event held at OLPH Church. There will be a morning and afternoon shift. It is easy to do and fun. The goal will be 60,000 meals. Even if you cannot help on this day you can help raise money to buy the food and supplies. Click the button below to download a fundraising form. Donations over $20 can receive a tax receipt.
- On March 18 the Edmonton area clubs will hold the annual Integrity Awards. at the Chateaux Lacombe. David Asp, Warren Widmer, Allan Babb and Phillip Springer form our nominating committee for The County of Strathcona. Give them ideas on who we might nominate as the unsung hero/volunteer. Any ideas other than Rotarians will be welcome.
- We had three new faces join the Friday club meeting. Tracy Frida and Frances.
